Who we help

Helping families protect their valuable
personal belongings after…

Fire Damage

Soot is acidic. Left sitting, it keeps etching metal, glass, and finishes long after the fire is out. Getting belongings removed and stabilized early is what decides whether they're restored or written off.

Water Damage

Textiles, upholstery, paper, and photographs can begin growing mold within 24–48 hours. This is the category where speed matters most, and where the most is usually recoverable if you move fast.

Smoke Damage

Smoke travels where the fire never reached — into closets, drawers, ductwork, and fabric. Odor that isn't treated at the material level doesn't stay gone, it comes back with the first warm day.

What we do

We don't dry your walls.
We save everything inside them.

Most restoration companies treat your belongings as a line item on a structural job. Contents is all we do. The crews, the equipment, the cleaning rooms, and the storage exist for one purpose — getting your things back to you.

Accounted for

Every item photographed, tagged, and entered into a written inventory. You get a copy. Nothing moves without a record.

Restored before replaced

The industry reflex is to write contents off because replacing is faster. Ours is to attempt restoration first — and document honestly when something truly can't be saved.

Specialists, not a department

Contents isn't a side of our business. It's the whole business, which is why other restoration companies call us when the structure is their job.

What happens next

The process, start to finish.

Nobody explains this part, so people hand over everything they own without knowing what comes next. Here's the whole sequence.

  1. 01

    You call

Any hour, any day. We ask what happened, which rooms are affected, and what matters most to you.

  2. 02

    On-site assessment

We walk the property with you, identify what can be saved, and explain what we'd recommend moving.

  3. 03

    Photograph & tag

Every item is photographed, numbered, and entered into a written inventory before it moves. You receive a copy.

  4. 04

    Pack out

Items are wrapped, crated, and loaded by hand. Fragile, high-value, and sentimental items are handled separately.

  5. 05

    Clean & deodorize

Soot, smoke, water, and odor are treated by material — textiles, electronics, wood, and paper each need a different method.

  6. 06

    Storage

Your belongings stay in our facility, still inventoried, until your home is ready for them.

  7. 07

    Pack back

We bring everything home, place it where it belongs, and check it against the same inventory we started with.

Where your things go

Your belongings, kept together
and accounted for.

The question every homeowner asks during a pack-out is the same: where are my things going, and will I know what happened to them?

Your belongings are stored in numbered vaults at our own facility — kept together as one household, not scattered across a warehouse by item type. They stay attached to the inventory they were packed under for the entire time they're with us, and if you need something back before your home is ready, we locate it on the list and pull it.

Specialty capability

Freeze-dry document restoration.

Wet paper is the one thing you cannot wait on. Documents, books, and photographs left to air-dry cockle, bleed, and fuse together permanently — often within days.

Freeze-drying pulls water out of paper as vapor rather than liquid, so pages keep their shape and ink stays where it belongs. It's the same method libraries and archives use to recover collections after a flood, and most restoration companies don't offer it.

Birth certificates, deeds, tax records, wedding albums, family photographs, business files.
